Hebrews 4:9 says, “There remains therefore a rest for the people of God.” Yet many, including believers, have not, seemingly cannot find that place called rest. Far from rest, they grapple with stress, fear, and insecurity. Righteousness is the beginning of peace. Faith gives us access to the peace grace provides. That peace restores hope and causes joy to rise within. Romans 5:20-21 reads, “…as people sinned more and more, God’s wonderful grace became more abundant. So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God’s wonderful grace rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. You can take the peace that rightfully belongs to you by grace through faith in Jesus!
