Life has a rhythm and pace. When you flow with the Holy Spirit’s rhythm, He energizes and empowers you. Stress and fatigue leave you. You accomplish more with less. This is how Paul taught the early believers: “Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts.” Ephesians 5:18
