Freedom is rarely free—someone must pray the price. As we celebrate during Independence Day weekend, we are mindful of the high price paid to win the freedoms we enjoy as a nation. However, freedoms gained may be easily lost unless we strive to keep them. It is the same with our personal lives spiritually, our walk with God. We cannot afford to coast once freedom has been received. Fight to keep your freedoms. Paul the Apostle exhorted that all believers must fight the good fight of faith.
