Probably most Christians believe that they should be like Jesus, at least to some extent. However, the Bible teaches that Jesus expected his disciples to do the works that he did and to even exceed that by doing greater works than he did. While we are praying and waiting for God to do something like this, he is waiting on us to believe and to step out in faith, and prove Jesus true to his word by doing his works.
