Over the years I have heard many say that to have “revival” in America, we will need to have a crushing crisis. Even if the current conditions do not meet criteria, we should be seeing increasing if not unprecedented numbers coming to Christ. While hopeful that our whole nation turns to Christ as the answer, current statistics show that a large percentage of Christians are not even returning to the houses of worship. Many churches are facing the hard reality of scaling back and even closure. In today’s message we are addressing how to overcome obstacles to commitment.
