The Word tells us if we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. (James 4:8) During our annual prayer and fasting time, one of our goals is to set aside time to draw close to God, closing out distractions and feeding the our spirit instead of feeding our flesh. During those times, our sensitivity to His voice becomes keener, so we can receive encouragement, correction, direction and God’s wisdom, plus many other potential benefits. Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” (John 10:27) Today’s message is comprised of seven testimonies sharing how God’s voice became evident to them during this period.
