Over the weekend, news headlines proclaim, “China virus crisis deepens as whistleblower doctor dies.” Widely promoted by the media as an impending pandemic, the response has been fear, anger, and in some cases panic. Will the church engage the current crisis with similar results, or with it cut and run?
