Today’s message focuses on the foundational principle of laying on of hands. The storms are coming. The signs that Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24 are increasing both in frequency and intensity. Paul exhorted the church of his time to preach the Word and be ready “in season and out of season.” When a crisis like the current Coronavirus crisis comes, we can clearly see the great need to be ready. Yet many seem unprepared even though Jesus gave us clear warning that such things would be happening in our day. How quickly things can change that require faith, boldness and flexibility without losing your footing in the storm. In the words of Jesus, ““Why are you so polite with me, always saying ‘Yes, sir,’ and ‘That’s right, sir,’ but never doing a thing I tell you? These words I speak to you are not mere additions to your life, homeowner improvements to your standard of living. They are foundation words, words to build a life on.
