I was a little surprised at the many articles available online about coping with Holiday Blues. Apparently, it’s a widespread problem. One survey claimed 64% of those surveyed were affected in some way. The majority of the tips on “coping” were secular articles addressing stress and depression. As a believer, you need not succumb to depression and the blues. You can stress-proof your holidays beautifully with medicine from Psalm 100 verse 4.
